Preplar ("we", "us", "our") is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which you may request a refund for prep packs purchased through preplar.com.
2. 14-Day Right to Cancel and Refund
In accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. This right applies regardless of whether:
- The prep pack has been generated and delivered to you
- You have accessed or used the prep pack content
- You have changed your mind about the purchase
To exercise this right, please contact us through our contact page at preplar.com/contact within 14 days of your purchase date. Include your order details (email used for purchase, date of purchase). Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
3. Additional Refund Eligibility
Beyond the 14-day period, you may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Technical failure: If we are unable to deliver your prep pack due to a technical error on our side, you will receive a full refund regardless of the 14-day period.
- Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same prep pack more than once, we will refund the duplicate purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
After the 14-day cancellation period has expired, refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:
- If you did not achieve the desired interview outcome (our service provides preparation materials; interview success depends on many factors)
- If you are dissatisfied with the content quality after the 14-day period (we encourage you to review our refund policy and exercise your right to cancel within the 14-day window)
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us through our contact page at preplar.com/contact. Include your order details (email used for purchase, date of purchase). For refunds within the 14-day period, no reason is required. For refunds outside the 14-day period, please include the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact timing may depend on your payment provider. For subscriptions or recurring payments, refunds will be processed as per the terms of your subscription.
7. Changes to This Policy
Preplar reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
